The truth is...........
That my sobriety is my only consistent source of strength.
I am waiting for someone.
I am scared of the future.
I am scared of the present.
Everything in the world is going for me.
I have difficulty finding peace within myself.
I will....
Remind myself that sobriety is my honest endeavour.
Stop looking out the window for the one I love to return.
Look forward to the future.
Love the present.
Continue striving to be the best woman I can be.
Find peace within my heart.
One of the biggest fears of beginning any journey is the unknown. We do not know where the journey will take us and that can be quite scary. What will we uncover? What will we find along the way? The journey is as amazing as the final destination. We learn with each step. We learn we have the ability to go in any direction we choose. That direction is very much of our own accord.

Nice lists. No peace whilst living in and with fear.
Let go.
Take it easy.
kenny
I will pray for you for all of those things.
Nice writing~
Fear is my biggest character defect. I have to ask for strength to overcome it regularly.
Have a great week!
;)
G~
Yes, good list
Remarkable when you find people struggling with the same things you are. Sobriety and lost love is something very new to me, and yet both have achieved a very high prominence in my heart over the last 6 months. I find none of it easy, and most of it heartwrenching and painful, but the days when the sunlight really does shine, those make the whole struggle seem worthwhile. Good luck on your journey, and may your journey bring you the joy that you deserve.
This is the fear prayer I wrote and wanted to share it with you...HOPE IT HELPS! XOXOXO Christy
Dear Heavenly Father:
I humbly pray to you to release me from the bondage of fear that powers over me.
Give me the strength to walk through my life’s path fearing no evil.
Take away from me, dear God, the doom and gloom that are serving me no purpose.
Meet me at my morning meditation, with the truth that always is; life is good and truly good!
Stop the mind chattering that conjures up fear and doubt. Let my heart and head know immediately that fear is a lie that stinks in the nostrils of God.
Let me wake to peace and sleep to serenity. And above all Lord, let me do thy work always!
Amen
